Answer
- Strengths: pick 2-3 that matter for the role, each backed by a short real example (e.g. debugging under pressure in the field, turning manual work into tools, clear technical writing).
- Weakness: a real one that does not disqualify you for the job, plus what you are actively doing about it and evidence of progress.
- Avoid fake weaknesses ('I work too hard') and avoid core skills of the role.
- Keep it under 2 minutes and honest.
